Fix vor Zabbix 5 version

Hi guys,

Is it possible to fix glld to work with zabbix 5 version?

I've the same issue reported by @fabiocorsino, unfortunately the link posted by @tkne is expired. Do you have an updated link ?

@matzmz No updated link, but for some reason I was worried that would happen and saved the contents of that link a while back to have it backed up once I get around testing it with Zabbix 5.
