Unable to show tooltip in dialog window

It's just no showing...

Sadly I have the same problem. It is rendered, but it is rendered behind the Dialog Fragment. Is there a way to fix this by using a different context or something similar?

Most likely tooltip has to be shown using showAtLocation.
