The reason is that this might proxy very big files and in those cases we had a major memory issue due to that.

Anyway I support the idea of allowing the user to choose what's the best `MIN_STREAMING_LENGTH` and maybe `None` meaning streaming shouldn't be used.

Same happened to me. To avoid that I had to clean the tags making all of them lower case in my own Forms.

The bug also happens with accents. For example the tags `test` and `Tést`

In my case I use two monitors and the 1 pinned tab is pretty close to the "x" in the terminal. Basically I close my terminals by mistake at least...
