Fixed broken package and renamed python file

Hey,

thank you for your tool.

I noticed that the Ks module cannot be found at the initial startup. Against this background the package keystone was removed from the requirements.txt and at the same time the Python file was renamed from micr0 shell.py to micr0_shell.py for easier handling.
