Compatibility improvement

With php 7 only.

Suhosin7 may not works well with some php 7 versions. To avoid the problem til it's solved, you can disable the suhosin under the Apache Admin Module for the vhost. Less secure but make it works.

Issue already open to the suhosin7 github.

Drop support

Ubuntu 12.04 no longuer supported.

I already proposed them but it does not want to use an external deposit

push php it's not possible for now suhosin and beta

and only offers 7.0 and 7.1 the compilation on 7.2 and 7.3 does not work

he should use the external repository to install in php 5.6
