Doesnt do anything

i logged in but it only opened chathead to one server i was in and nothing more, didnt show up for any other servers

The chat heads are opening only when you receive a notification.

I thought it only works for Android Q (10), but some person confirmed that it doesn't even work for his Android 10 smartphone. Edit: I have Xiaomi Android 9. Doesn't work.
