Add additional information to bl_info

Hey there!

I added additional fields to bl_info dictionary added repository to comment (as well as a link to the license in case the .py file gets separated from the rest), and removed trailing whitespace.

If you'd like, I could also update the code to comply with PEP 8 (The standard that the blender foundation suggests be used for add-ons)
