Ignore case sensivity for the search

Expected Behavior

You are getting all the results for the host/search phase or you can select with thick box (Match Case Size) to narrow results only to match case sensitive

Current Behavior

You are getting different results if hosts/checks are added with different sensitivity case

Possible Solution

• Fixing DB query
• Adjusting Gui for the extra thick box where you can choose if you want to search with case sensitive or not

• Sensu version used: 1.4.2-2
• Influxdb version: 1.5.2-1
