Expose configured max queue size for Wizard Bus queues

Feature Suggestion

When evaluating metrics for Sensu Go performance, it would be helpful for operators to understand the maximum queue size and what percentage of that queue size the queues are currently at. That said, it would be helpful to have:

1. The maximum queue size
2. The current percentage of the max queue size
