Mattermost port conflicts with some Airplay functionality on macOS Monterey

In macOS Monterey the airplay receiver now listens on port 5000, which interferes with the port listed in the .env file for mattermost.

It might be worth putting a warning in the README for any macOS Monterey users to disable the airplay receiver. Another option would be to adjust the mattermost port.
