Add homebrew instructions to OS X installation instructions

This is an issue with:

  • [ ] Bug (site functionality or styling)
  • [ ] Errata (fix needed for doc content)
  • [ ] New content (guide wanted)
  • [x] Update (Add missing or refresh existing content)
  • [ ] Enhancement (add new site functionality)

Expected Behavior

As an OS X user, I'd love to install Sensu Go w/ homebrew.

Current Behavior

Not present in the docs.

Possible Solution

Note from Sean in release retro Trello card: "If we had a way to programatically way to get the latest version and pin, I would be in favour. I hesitate to add another manual task to the growing release process."

"I think blocking the brew work here is now the macos pkg work. If that sounds correct, we’ll make a ticket for macos pkg and link it here and then when the macos pkg work is done, we can revisit the brew stuff." (Anthony)
