Not compatible with kriswallsmith/Buzz 0.17

v0.17 of the buzz library added BC breaks https://github.com/kriswallsmith/Buzz/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md

setProxy() and setTimeout() were removed, but are configured as callback for the "buzz" service. The dependency is automatically updated and will break all projects which have not limited the library to 0.16

Proposal Add dependecy "kriswallsmith/buzz": "< 0.16"
