I have connected aqara support from their website and asked for firmware downgrade. They have downgraded my firmware to 246 online. My camera is working now.

Ok I see the problem, mine is '4C:65:A8:D4:XX:XX'. I'll try with that. I've also changed the poll rates to 180 times less for the mitemp while maintaining the miflora sleep...
