transitional emails damaged and not relayed properly please disable URL replacement

The transactional email services is overlaping with marketing and you are not able to disable link rewrites. this is breaking my transactional emails others with this problem. I am testing this service which was recommended by a partner, but now I will edit their wiki to say not to use you for transactional because of this issue and the fact that it breaks their system emails. Enhancement request - option to disable URL replacement
