This java-http-client is not customised to provide connectionTimeout or RequestTimeout for the sendgrid api

someday we observed that the sendgrid api was taking more than 20s to complete the request, this effected our notification system very slow. it would be better if we provide connectiontimeout or requestTimeout functionality in the api.
