make jQTouch compatible for Firefox
hi,
I think jQTouch should be compatible for FF too. I changed its theme to -moz properties and its working fine. but it would be great if we could perform animations too ..
@davidkaneda what do u think ?
Regards
Any update on this? Firefox is launched and gaining traction on Android, and Mozilla is soon going to ship Firefox / Android on select Armv6 as well as Armv7 devices, making the upside on market share quite large. It would be great to see Firefox / Gecko as a 'tier 2' support at least.
@hiddenpearls: did you have any interest in posting a patch as a pull request or even a gist?
We'd be happy to get you in touch with Firefox mobile engineers to fix issues that might still be a problem, and we'd be very happy to see jQTouch support non-webkit browsers.
@codepo8 @canuckistani I had fixed the UI issues in FireFox for my project at that time. I will submit a patch in next week for FF ;)
That would be incredible. Thanks so much! If we get jQTouch compatible we'd be banging the drum on Mozilla for it and your name shall be in the middle of that :)
I'm definitely down for getting this in. I'll be taking a peek this weekend- any PRs in the meantime appreciated :)
