Content vanishes in Patient -> Insurance after re-enabling "Patient is guarantor" checkbox

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Patient -> Insurance and deselect the Checkbox "The patient is the guarantor"
2. After the additional content is displayed, select the checkbox again

Current behavior

All content is vanished

Expected behavior

Initial content is retained
