At Lab Information screen. Accreditation Image is not being updated when changed

Reproduction guide

Go to Lab Information view => Upload accreditation image => save. Now go back and change it to a new one => Save

Observed behaviour

Old image is being displayed.

Expected behaviour

After update, We should see the new Image

Observed similar behaviour at Setup/LabContact trying to change the image of signature some days ago. Only worked when deleting image beforehand.

I notice it did change after a while, even though it is not reflecting it immediately
