Coqui local support is broken

Tested commit: cf39b01ce92c6fa02dba4ab245e8e97311edd969

Coqui-TTS version: 0.24.2

Coqui server command: "python3.10" "/usr/lib/python3.10/site-packages/TTS/server/server.py" --model_name "tts_models/en/vctk/vits"

Notes: It worked once but not 100% of the time. It is not robust.

There is some code inconsistency problems like lack of ; in line 21 and 31 of https://github.com/semperai/amica/blob/cf39b01ce92c6fa02dba4ab245e8e97311edd969/src/features/coquiLocal/coquiLocal.ts

The coqui-tts was tested working fine with mezbaul-h/june and via web browser.

We will come around to look at it. Working on adding API to Amica and a few other things.
