Ctrl+drag doesn't work on OS X

As Ctrl+click always opens up the context popup menu on OS X, it's impossible to start dragging with Ctrl pressed down.

@netj - I think this should be have been fixed with the last merge?

I wasn't sure if panning was using ctrl+drag. Dragging vertex seems fixed.
