bento's config.yaml and archive.json outputs are not prettier-compliant

bento init, bento enable tool, bento archive, etc. all write YAML/JSON content which does not pass prettier's default styles. I think it'd be nicer if it did, since this wastes the time of devs who use a prettier pre-commit hook; such as r2c.
