Root run select label not rendering for old runs

When opening an older run's UI page (which doesn't show up in the "Latest runs" dropdown list), the dropdown form selection label will not render anything:

The "Latest runs" input label is also cropped incorrectly. The form selection label should render the run id and run state chip as normal (example from another run):
