If you add more than 20 users in Semaphore, you can only see the top 20. The rest will be hidden even if you scroll right to the bottom. There is no option to navigate to another page or display more users. I have to change the sort order to see the rest of the users (but then others are hidden). Get to a certain level of users and you won;t even be able to access some users to modify them in the UI.
