Feature Request: Force Dry Run for some repos

When adding or configuring a repo, I'd love a checkbox for a "force dry-run" option.

A possible use case for this could be: dev branch -> forced dry run for testing main branch -> standard behavior, allow dry-run override (as usual)

I'd expect to see this in the add/edit view under ${url_root}/project/${project_num}/repositories page.
