Always errors on Circle CI setup

Every time I try to do the setup via semantic-release-cli init I can never get passed the

Hey Chris, thanks for reporting the problem. I won’t be able to help myself, I’m not using circle-ci, but I’d appreciate if you could investigate to see what’s wrong and submit a pull request if there is a bug with the CLI
