`def`, `trigger`, etc. should be based on agents, not `defmacro`

def is especially dirty with defmacro magic. Fleshing out the implementation of agents should hopefully cut down on CL idiom leakage.

trigger and new are now agent-based (as of 8a1736f3e383c0404b8fe234aa8f5b626cdcba26), but the biggie, def, is yet to be done.
