Reduce navigation by providing archive

This is a simple JavaScript-only solution to distinguish between featured and archived designs and therefore reduce the amount of visible designs (#2). It adds one other link at the bottom of the navigation/design list. As a result 9 designs break slightly but not badly. This was the least intrusive way I could think of. The JS works with data attributes, designed to make more filters possible.
