May 2 : My first PR ever on an open source project ! ✨

Here is what i did :

• read all the resources 3 times because i was stressed about doing something wrong
• create new branch "translation-fr"
• create 11ty/fr_FR folder
• copy index.njk inside of it
• translate infex.njk content in french
• manage to not break anything
• stash commits on my own for the first time
• manage to exit VIM
• submit this PR
• get all excited

May 8 : Restructured definition folders and add a new translation

• move fr definitions folder under fr_FR folder
• translate "south asian" entry
