[Enhancement] More Consistent Screensaver

Screensaver is inconsistent now, being active only in some menu screens. This behavior is interpreted as malfunction by most users.

What about other cases? - for example:

• when a QR code (animated or static) is shown,
• during transcription tool usage,
• while the camera is active,
• when a prompt is waiting for user input,
• when TinySeed, Stackbit, or the keypad is visible,
• during settings changes (like locale, theme and others),
• or when we’re showing informational screens (like “About,” pre-dice screens, or Datum show)?
