It might be due to videos appearing in rss with slight delay not at their publication date. The solution would be to store ids of videos that were already downloaded.

In my optinion its better to allow user to specify the filename format himself - YoutubeDL library allows that. I've created a pull request #8 where you can specify output...

Looks like yout last.txt file got corrupted. Deleting it would fix the problem.

Also it would be nice to add StackOverflow. Adding custom fields should not be difficult too.
