IE 11 print popup window extremely small

Describe the bug Whenever you invoke ngx-print in IE 11, the window pops up VERY small, you cannot even modify the dimensions.

To Reproduce Invoking ngx-print on any element using IE 11

Expected behavior I expect a reasonably sized print preview pop up upon invoking the library
