Fix CSI + HPA sequence

Resolves #192

This commit fixes HPA character, which is U+0060 according to https://vt100.net/docs/vt510-rm/HPA.html, but not U+0027.

Maybe because it is just a VT510 specific synonym for VT102 CHA sequence. Note this repo targeting VT100/102, primarily.

Interesting enough we use a hardware VT220 as well, which works (naturally) just fine. Not too knowledgeable about it, but the little edit you made works great! (Again, no idea if it breaks something else)
