pscrn 2 is slower than pscrn 1

For tests I'm using fork https://github.com/JeremyMahieu/znedi3 built with msvc by a friend of mine, but the prebuild release has this problem as well, script is https://github.com/HomeOfVapourSynthEvolution/nnedi3_resample. Source video format is YUV444P10.
