[FEATURE] Support web-access to ssh server with TRASA PAM installed.

Describe the feature:

If TRASA PAM is installed in ssh server, it expects keyboard-interactive authentication. TRASA proxy should implement keyboard-interactive authentication for such case. Currently we only support this when accessing from ssh clients.
