it would have the first "actions" - you could start guild-only festivals(?) from it using resources like stone, clay, wood, astralium. no idea what festivals would do at this time....

this would allow you to change things like the base tile, walls, etc, within reason.
- one guild would control a maze (they cannot enter if they own it, and you can only enter if you have a guild) - there would be an objective...
add a material exchange rate that fluctuates, so you don't stockpile useless resources all the time
early areas should have as low as -75%. later areas should have up to +200%. this should be done by region or map maybe.
have a dungeon that's randomly generated and the map has opacity so the player viewing the map can only see line of sight.
