[Feature Request] add support for x86-64/64bit ELF

There are fewer and fewer 32bit ELF, but more and more 64bit ELF in the real world. Do you have any plan to support 64bit ELF ?

64-bit is currently not planned for dwarf2cpp. I'm working on a GUI tool to replace dwarf2cpp and I hope to be able to support 64-bit and DWARF 2.0+, but it will take some time and research.
