Add 4th Skill Tree for Moze

A fourth skill tree was released for Moze. A skill planner is available on the official Borderlands Moze page but I don't like the UI -- https://bl3skills.com is much better!

This pull request:

• Increase level cap from 50 to 60 in src/components/VaultHunter/investmentValidator.js
• Adds support for a 4th, pink vault hunter skill tree in src/components/VaultHunter/index.js and src/components/VaultHunter/index.css
• Adds a space after function names in src/pages/Gunner/skills.js to correct ESLint errors
• Adds the 4th Moze skill tree to src/pages/Gunner/skills.js with the corresponding image icons in src/assets/hunters/Gunner
