Feature Request: Neo Geo

I understand that complex 4th generation systems may be beyond the original scope of 8bitworkshop (as hinted in the name) but support would be much appreciated, even if the sound system is not functional.

Edit: There is an open-source Neo Geo bios called neopenbios.
