Verilog: Move Waveform view to left panel

Wouldn't it be better to have the Waveform view as a full-panel view replacing the code editor (like Memory Browser, etc) instead of pulled up from the bottom-right overlapping the CRT?

Unless there is no CRT, then we'd put it on the right side as we do now.
