GTM integration not published to public NPM registry

@segment/analytics.js-integration-google-tag-manager is not published publicly on npm. Maybe it was forgotten in the repo migration? Anyway would it be possible to trigger a release, and / or make the npm repo public, please?

Maybe we should open a support request directly with Segment? Seems this might be an unmonitored channel...
