Improve the typing when importing/exporting the CategoryConsentStatusProvider type

I made a small improvement in the typing for the CategoryConsentStatusProvider.

Hi @danychi thanks so much for this. We are currently working on a relatively large overhaul of the consent stuff in order to have more parity between its functionality here and in our native libraries. I will be sure to include your changes and let you know when it's complete.
