Segment Profiles - Minor Fixes

This code ensures a special option called Staging to appear in Region selection dropdown on the destination's Settings page.

Note: This configuration change is being made for easy maintainability and testing of this destination, however special instructions are captured in the destination's source code and Runbook to disable this option in Production environment.
