Search for broken stations with other criteria

I am happy to track down broken radio stations, but obviously I can only do this easily in my language, so a list showing all broken stations in one country would be immensely helpful.

I tried to add the BROKEN tag in the search page, but this returned an empty list.

Could you please add a possibility to filter the broken list?

PS: Maybe you can even add a feature where a willing helper is adding his/her email address to the filtered list and get informed, whenever a station, fulfilling the criteria, needs help?
