Some streams are mistakenly reported as broken

This is an example of a "broken" stream: https://jtradio.pro/playlists/live192.m3u It is for "Just True Radio" that was removed after 5 days of being considered "broken". I readded it again, but it is still broken.

In https://www.radio-browser.info/#!/faq there is information regarding automatic station check. I think that is likely that the stream was down in the exact time of the automatic check.
