API can't find station by name if its between ""

The Issue is that the API can't find a radio Station by name if its name is between " "

For example, if you search for Radio Disney Culiacan the api will return no results

But if you search for "Radio Disney" Culiacan it will return that radio station.

i think the the api should be able to find the station because the string is almost the same.
