Limit and offset parameter for non-station requests

Hey, I'm the developer of the Nextcloud radio app. Currently I'm trying to implement a category browser to look for specific country, languages or tags. Especially the JSON query for list of tags is quite big already and I would like to see use "limit" and "offset" parameters here too.
