add an API search byurl_resolved

Please add an API for search byurl_resolved. If, e.g. RadioDroid sends out the resolved url to an external Player it would be nice to have the possibility to do an reversed search in the radio browser database for other data fields. I'm interested to get the unresolved URL into the playlist of HeosStream (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mannitec.heosstream)
