Character encoding issue on song title

While listening to radio '100% Souvenirs', I found out that the title of songs which contain special characters like apostrophe (') or ampersand (&) are not shown correctly: Screenshot_20190519-215916 Screenshot_20190521-173640 Screenshot_20190521-183215 Screenshot_20190526-174859

It seems the text is encoded, something like HTML-encoded.
