General cleanup

Mostly wanted to update Tungsten to work with py3 (old except syntax was used) and switch to HTTPS (which should be backwards compatible?)

Apart from that, made some PEP8 fixes.

One of the tests was failing, probably because of WolframAlpha backend modifications.
