Missing pcie.h and pcie.c in 4.19 file set

Im trying to compile the patch set for 4.19, however it errors out do to the missing pcie.h and pcie.c files. The other directories appear to have the files.

Prob not what you're looking for but I got passed this error by rolling back to commit: 0b7e87255727484dac640258422425a66a231a8d

Apparently this issue is has always been present in 4.19 support (adding commit: https://github.com/seemoo-lab/nexmon/commit/a3e9edc03be2f08f0f1a2dc54b877b52240e4ea4#diff-7848ec1ce549431bf27f3b7f8fa2e5e59e7ab14c708dcd33868559ad8debf91aR39) Workaround: Downgrade kernel

Is there any other way to solve this problem besides downgrading the kernel
